Open the Profile screen in the App, scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account". You will be asked to confirm twice — this action is irreversible and permanently deletes all of your data.
Make sure you are using the same sign-in method (Apple / Google / Email) you used to register. If you chose Email and don't remember your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen. If the issue persists, contact us by email.
Make sure you granted the App access to motion sensors: iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Motion & Fitness → enable for 2Act. Most devices support this automatically. Synced steps update within a few minutes.
Next to each post or comment in the community there is a report button (•••). Tap it and choose "Report content". We review every report within 24 hours and act as needed.
Make sure you are signed in to the same account on all devices. Sync runs automatically when you have an internet connection. If the issue persists, try signing out and back in.
2Act operates with a 2Act Premium subscription, available monthly or annually (the annual plan offers meaningful savings). The exact price is shown on the purchase screen in the app. Each new user is entitled to a 7-day free trial, once per Apple ID. You can cancel at any time from your Apple ID settings. Full details on the trial period, auto-renewal, and refunds are in the Terms of Service - Section 7 (Subscription).
