Terms of Service

These terms ("the Terms") apply to all use of the 2Act app ("the App", "the Service"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.

1. The Service

2Act provides women with tools for tracking workouts, nutrition, physical activity, health goals, and membership in a supportive community. The content and tools are intended to encourage a healthy lifestyle and do not constitute a substitute for professional advice.

Medical disclaimer: 2Act is not a medical service. Content in the App is for general information and fitness purposes only. Consult a physician or qualified professional before starting an exercise program, changing your diet, or if you have an existing health condition. Calorie and nutrition tracking is not suitable for everyone: if you have a history of an eating disorder or disordered eating, consult a professional before using the tracking and scanning tools. We are not responsible for the consequences of decisions you make based on information in the App.
Use of AI: the "Gia" assistant, workout-plan generation, and meal-photo analysis are powered by artificial intelligence. The content they produce (recommendations, plans, calorie and macro estimates) is automated, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and is provided for informational purposes only — it is not medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Please use your judgment and verify important information before relying on it. Use of AI-generated content is at your own responsibility.

2. Age and capacity requirements

Use of the App is permitted for users aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, use is conditional on the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Users over 18 declare that they have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Content you publish in the community (posts, comments, photos) is your responsibility. By publishing, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display the content within the App for the purpose of operating the Service. You retain ownership of the content and may delete it at any time.

We have the right (but not the obligation) to remove content that, in our judgment, violates the Terms, is harmful, or is harmful to the community.

Appealing content removal

If your content was removed and you disagree with the decision, you can contact us by email at support@2act-app.com with the following details:

We will respond to your inquiry within 7 business days. Our final decision on appeals is final but does not waive your rights under applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

All content we provide in the App (workouts, recipes, design, icons, system text) belongs to 2Act and our partners. Copying, distributing, or selling the content is prohibited without prior written permission.

7. 2Act Premium subscription

2Act offers access to all content and features through a paid subscription ("the Subscription"). The Subscription is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through your Apple ID account via the App Store, and is subject to these Terms and Apple's Media Services Terms of Service.

Subscription plans

Exact prices in your local currency will be displayed on the purchase screen in the App before confirmation.

Free trial

Each new user is entitled to a 7-day free trial from the start of the first subscription. This entitlement is granted once per Apple ID, regardless of the plan purchased (monthly or annual).

At the end of the trial period, the subscription will be automatically charged at the full price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.

Auto-renewal and billing

Managing and cancelling the subscription

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple ID settings:
iPhone → Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → 2Act

A quick link for managing the subscription is also available from the Profile screen in the App. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. After cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the paid cycle.

Refunds

All refund requests are handled directly through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to issue refunds directly. Apple's refund policy applies to all purchases.

Forfeiture of free trial days

If you purchase a subscription during the free trial, the remaining free days will be automatically forfeited upon purchase.

The subscription is also subject to Apple's Standard EULA, available at: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula

8. Assumption of Risk

By using the workout, nutrition, and calorie recommendation content in the App, you declare and confirm:

9. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "AS-IS", without express or implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay, malfunction, or unavailability of the Service resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including: malfunctions at infrastructure providers (Supabase, Apple, Google), power outages, cyber attacks, natural events, war, emergency, pandemic, new regulatory decisions, or any other force majeure event. In such cases, we will strive to restore the Service as quickly as possible, but will not bear liability for any harm caused during the disruption period.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account from within the App (Profile → "Delete Account"). We may close or suspend an account that violates the Terms, without prior notice in serious cases.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be presented before they take effect, and may sometimes require your renewed consent. Continued use after the change means consent to the new terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute is granted to the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo.
